We'll  celebrate Alice Munro's life and work and her impact as a writer by honouring her literary legacy through the Alice Munro Festival of the Short Story. Created to nurture writers and readers in the landscape that inspired Alice Munro, the Festival features Canada's new and emerging writers. In this way we'll work to fulfil Alice Munro’s wishes to champion the next generation of writers.
